dgstats provides disc golf statistics and player information derived from publicly available PDGA (Professional Disc Golf Association) tournament data. The Service is provided free of charge for informational and entertainment purposes. You must be at least 16 years of age to use this website.
Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily view the materials (information, statistics, or software) on dgstats for personal, non-commercial use only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- modify or copy the materials;
- use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
- attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on dgstats;
- remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials;
- transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server;
- use excessive automated processes (robots, spiders, scrapers, webcrawlers) that interfere with the website's performance;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the website; or
- misrepresent your affiliation with dgstats or the PDGA.
This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by dgstats at any time.

Data Source and Accuracy
All player statistics and tournament data displayed on dgstats is sourced from the Professional Disc Golf Association (PDGA). While this information is publicly viewable on PDGA.com and PDGA Live, we access it through a PDGA database that is not publicly available. All data is subject to the PDGA's own terms of use. dgstats does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current. We may make changes to the materials contained on the website at any time without notice. dgstats does not make any commitment to update the materials.

The materials on dgstats are provided "as is". dgstats makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, dgstats does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.
Limitations
